Finally got to do a proper photoshoot in the costume at AUSA 2009.

Costume is constructed from 7 yards of $30 a yard ivory silk crepe fabric and 4 yards of gold textured fabric. Bodice is steel boned and reinforced with an inner layer of canvas. Ivory & gold braided trim was hand sewn onto the bodice and sleeves and accented with freshwater pearls.

I can say that this was the most stressful costume I've constructed not due to really difficulty level but time constraints and a few trial & error mishaps. I contemplated setting fire to it before doing this photoshoot. Thus said, part of me absolutely loathes this costume.

Though you now loath this costume its an amazing gown and you have truly done a wonderful job! I honestly have to say it is one of my favorites of yours! And the pics from this photo shoot came out just lovely!
