Like the title says, this is once again fanservice. I can't help myself ... I just need to start drawing my own TsengxRufus doujinshi at the rate I am going.
In any case, inspired by AU RP ... whee!
Anyway ... as put it, who wouldn't want one of these standing beneath sakura blossoms?
But whatever the case, Tseng looks like he fell into Yami no Matsuei (Kokakurou! We knew Tseng was a pimp, don't deny) or X/1999. Your coloring style particularly reminds me of the X anime. I like the use of pink here ... considering it's not typically a color one would associate with Tseng. O_o

I'd be the shadow of your shadow, if it'd keep me by your side.
There's hope for the world yet ... some people haven't played FFVII.
Randomly, Tseng looks nice in pink.
-- Doc: You know, I really think we should try a non-violent approach to resolve this. O'Malley: I agree, except replace the word 'non' with 'extremely' and after the word 'violent' include the phrase 'blood explosion extraordinaire'!
It's actually inspired by the video game Final Fantasy VII ... in a way. Or at least the character is from the game. My best friend plotted this alternate universe version of the character and that's what this would be. The actual character is an assassin of sorts for a corporation. The canon version of the character's in my gallery various times since I have a bit of an obsession with him, no matter how underrated and underloved he might be.
I have fangirl tendencies and simply had to draw the fandom AU version of the character.
Thank you.

I have a severely bad obsession with Tseng's hair.
Thank you.

Hehe. I am going to ... eventually. Taking one of my fics and turning it into one.

The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.
